This corse will be in pottsboro… About 20-30 min from Sherman. Feel free to call or email me if interested. I will need to know by this Friday if possible…so that I can make accommodations and discuss with you what to bring and the such.

Thank you for this information. It is so practical, concerning the sheath mods, and the knives look great. Not everyone has the money for very expensive knives, good as they are. I really appreciate people talking about quality gear that most people can afford.

So glad to hear about your Ruger Standard. It really has staying power doesn’t it? Can there be a more rugged handgun? It seems to set the standard for strength and dependabilty. Your whole post is a good one, especially for people acquiring there first guns.
